My dog is shaking his fur off probably and he keeps lifting his paw. He acts like some animal attacked him while he was outside. And i dont know if he went to the bathroom cuz he usually shakes if we find out that he went to the bathroom in the house. So...hes acting really freaky. He lifts up his paw and shakes like he never did b4. Is something wrong with my dog? He isn't bleeding though.

Is your dog treated more like the pet they are or like a little human? If your dog is one of the spoiled/pampered ones what kinds of spoiled behaviors does it have?
Does your dog get jealous if it isn't the center of attention....give me your stories---brag your babies/pets up....

There are these really small puppies downstairs in my building, they have thier mother to look after them, and the guards who help feed them, and care for them, but not very often... Do you think i should bring one , or two of them into my home, ot provide a better future for them? Or is it better to leave them to their mother?

I don't care about all the horror stories because most of them are because most are the owners fault. I have researched both of them. I live in Georgia in an apartment. I can exercise both dogs daily for about 1-2 hours.

I have 3 cats (2 indoor and 1 outdoor), but now we're also thinking of getting a dog.

I have done some of those online dog selector tests, and i suppose they were ok at giving me a shortlist, but they were superb at giving me an idea of some of the dog's charatiristics.

At the moment, my shortlist consists of... a Saint Bernard, Canaan Dog, Akita, Belgian Tervuren, Boxer, Belgian Malinois, Samoyed, Norwegian Elkhound, Siberian Husky and a Alaskan Malamute.

So my question is for all dog owners (specifically ones who own the certain dogs above), should i consider buying one even if i we have 3 cats?

Unless the person physically is the dog how do they know what a dog's vision is like? What tests have been done to prove this?

The area where she had shots is kind of swollen (not severely). She just seems kind of lethargic and doesn't want to move a lot.

He developed a hard lump that went away after a couple weeks. He acts really depressed with little energy. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have a black labrador retriever named chloe and she is, unfortunately, getting up there in years (she'll be fourteen in two months). She has always been in great shape, walking three miles a day, until about a year ago when her old age was really starting to set in a bit.

Now her problems are mostly with her back legs. They are weak so I help her up stairs or even pick her up and carry her. Once or twice a day (ALWAYS right when she wakes up and gets excited to see me, then afterwards sometimes she'll do it several times over the course of the day, sometimes not at all), her back legs will give way and she'll collapse. i don't think she's having a seizure because her eyes aren't glazed over, but she's definitely unhappy, and her tail bends down at an unnatural angle. it only lasts 20-30 seconds or so and then she can get up. also, during the day she gets very tired very quickly.

so is there anything i can do besides accept the fact that she's getting towards the end of the road?

Who has heard about the drunk guy that revved up a chainsaw and killed the dog?

That man should be put in an electric chair. If you want to , look online for an artcile. It makes you wanna cry, doesn't it?

Hi, and thanks for reading. My Nanna is very old and has a Maltese dog that is the love of her life. It is in need of grooming and clipping. I know how to clip a poodle, and have no worries about bathing the dog. But I have no idea how to do a Maltese cut? Does anyone know of a step by step guide online? Or can someone explain it for me. I.E "Lift the ear and shave with the grain to the nose"....As i am not sure how to achieve that classic maltese cut that my Nanna loves. Thanks for your time.

There were only 2 but i think it was atleast 3 times the chocolate he ate last time. what do i watch for? It was in the last 4 hours, i have let him out and so far he is just gassy
