By older cat (1 year +) absolutely hates my little cat (4 months). My little cat has already been in the house for 2 months. The older cat has been here for all of her life. The older cat hisses everytime the younger cat comes near her... Is there any way to stop her? Or do I just have to keep them away from each other?

They are not very sore, she only started scratching one yesterday and the other today.
They are not inflamed yet and have a very small amount of brown debris inside. I have treated and cleaned them with E V olive oil. This has eased them but I am wondering if she is starting with ear mites? I have some Selamectin, which is licensed to treat dogs for earmites, and fleas and worms.
She was wormed with Drontal two weeks ago.
Advice from those "in the know" would be appreciated.

i have a 75 gal tank with a small bass in it.Ive had this problem before and i added TLC for freshwater aquariums and it fixed the problem pretty much right away. Well after everything was good a couple weeks later i cleaned the tank and i had to go out of town. Nothing special just a 10% water change and filtration of the gravel. I come back a couple days later and it has gradually progressed to a yellow/green color and seems to be getting worse even though i added the same TLC i did last time to try and fix it. I thought the TLC would fix the problem this time but it seems to be making the color worse. What do i do?

First my cat stopped using the litter box for number 2. I was told I was not cleaning his litter box very well. Then he used it evey now and then. I recently bought a new litter box and he is not doing number 1 either. I do not know what to do. I recently had a baby. Does this event have to do with his behaviour?

My Dog is 50 days pregnant and she is a French Bulldog. She just got her milk in today 30th Nov 2007. She mated 12, 13, 14 and 15TH, Oct. I squeezed her teats and a little milk came out today. We are due to go on vaction today for 4 days. We don't no if it is safe to go. We have a good care give to take care of her, but we would rather be here when she goes into labor. Can anyone give us a round about date for birth of the puppies. Only people with experience please. How long after do they produce milk do they go into labor? please help...

Hi if anyone knows of any reported flea circus' (circies(?) or of any advice web pages or sources that would help someone to attempt such a meticulous activity it would be greatly appreciated if they could pass this info onto me. i just moved into a new apartment. in the process of moving my cat snuck out and i was not able to find her. I have been going to the old apartment everyday but no luck. Today my husband went to pick up the mail and saw her and they both started crying. He took her home and she is meowing and acting weird. Is it the new apartment ? My chinese water dragon was fine when i first got him....but a few weeks later his eyes were LITERALY like blowing bubbles out of his eyes....Its really hard to explain..and it freaked me out but his eyes were litterely blowing blue bubbly things..and the next day he died..and his eyes looked like they were almost pushed in..What happened? I had no time to take him to the vet..but i have no idea? please help

There has been a stray cat at my house for about a year now. We started feeding him, and allowing him in the house 6 months ago. This cat has always been skinny. We always think he is going to die, but he hasn't yet. He acts healthy, he is not slow, he eats, he purrs and comes to you for attention. The cat comes and goes through the cat door, so I don't know how much he is eating(we have another cat), and I don't see his stools. I don't have money to take him to the vet. Is it possible that he has worms?

I have two indoor cats, and see way too many dead cats on the side of the road, It breaks my heart. I can't imagine letting my cats loose, especially with Coyotes, foxes and emotionally disturbed people out there to trust they are ok. Curious to hear from someone who does allow their cat to be an outdoor cat.

He still has attacks once a day although he has been tapering down on his prednisone the last two weeks. Does anyone know of any transdermal treatments recommended by a vet for prevention of asthma attacks? I don't think he will do well on inhalers. He already hates meds. Does your cat take prednisone injections?

I've been raising and breeding goats for a little under 5 years and we have a 3 year old boer/neubain hybrid that started limping a couple days ago, but now she can't even walk on it.

She doesn't like anyone touching it and will do just about anything to get away when we try. Before this she was sickly but we just wormed her and her iron level is fine. She is a little underweight from being sick but is putting it back on nicely but we can't figure out what is wrong with her hoof. Please help!

I was not able to prove any food I fed him was contaminated, but the lab tests are pretty conclusive in my opinion. The FDA hasn't been helpful since none of the foods I can think of that he ate matched perfectly with the specific product IDs of identified contaminated foods. Is there anywhere I can go for recourse for my $1,000 of vet bills?
