Hi i have a kitten she is about 7 months old. She is an indoor cat, lastnight she woke me up in the early hours she was sick she hadnt had any food for a good 7 hours but threw biscuits up. I cleaned up then went back to bed, in the morning i fed her some biscuits and went to the cattery for a couple of hours when i got back she had thrown them up too. I fed her a little handful of biscuits at 5 and shes just thrown them up too. I dont get it though cause shes begging soooo bad for food shes not off her food at all. Shes still playing around too and is lively. Shes on dry food only and has been wormed and de-flead. Any one have any idea what the problem could be? Im getting worried cause if its something serious i dont know how im going to afford it as im a full time student again. Shes like a child to me i love her so much and dont like to see her not being able to eat specially as she loves her food.

I am going away for a week and I am going to have some one come by and feed my cats, clean litter box, and play with them everyday at least twice a day for a week. Will this affect them? Not having me around for a week.....

I got a cat from a rescue centre a year ago. He is a 2 year old male short haired. He got a blocked bladder in May this year. He had an operation and was blocked again within weeks. He then had another operation and has been fine for 7 months. I switched him from dry to wet food and got him a drinking fountain to encourage him to drink more. I came home from work today and he was blocked again. He is now at the vets. How many times can i keep doing this? it isnt fair to him. I love him but its costing me about £300 each vet visit. Does anyone have any tips to stop this happening? I really dont know what else i can do?

I have a cute little 2 year old dog. She is constantly itching and scratching, and she also has a very red ear. We've taken her to the vet and she does not have fleas and we just need to clean out her ear once a week.

I give her baths to try to relieve the itching, and I clean out her ear once a week, and sometimes more than once a week. But she is still scratching, and her ear is still red. But now her ear hurts!!

What should I do???

I took in a sick kitten to the vet from a litter that Erika had had. The vet prescribed Clavamox. It didn't help, he died the next day. Now I have another kitten, David, who is sick. Same exact thing as Joshua. I DON'T want to lose him. I asked the vet if I could just please have the Clavamox as I know it would help him alot. Just heard from them, the answer is no, I have to bring him in. I had given him Clavamox before and it helped him alot. The vet has a huge overhead and prefers people to bring their pets in. My question: Is there anyway I can just the Clavamox so David doesn't die? The pet meds that you can buy online require that they must have an okay from the vet. I tried that once and they declined it. I am so tired of this, just give me the **** Clavamox. Out of this litter Erika had of 7, I have buried five of them. Only 2 left. Thanks. Be kind guys.

They have turned light green...Most of the other littermats have all turned to the typical brown...Although I do rember the mom having greyish eyes..The parents were both PURE WHITE the mom was mixed with American Bulldog I suppose. Is this normal..Is he just gonna have light eyes or will they change. Is that a trait from a Blue Pitull??

like to scratch and bite my hand. He is 3 months old and I got him from the local ASPCA when he was 2 months old. Who knows when he taken from his mom. He is very affectionate because I spend a lot of time with him playing and cuddling. But I am having a hard time trying to teach him not to bite and scratch my hands. He is growing like crazy now and it hurts more every day. I do not hit him as I don't believe in it. But my hands are getting torn up. Any suggestions?

I gave a gal the 1 and only thumbs up, and every single answer has a thumbs down. How childish is this behavior? Should people who behave this way actually be alowed to have control over another life, like a dogs? I say NO

I would like to place a small clay pot in my tank to make it look nicer. I would use a plane pot that does not have any paints on it, like the ones you can buy at walmart for $1.

Hi,
I have a 5 month old Eskie who was having some extremely loose stools. After about a week they were back to normal, but he has developed a cough and I wasn't sure what it was. It sounds like a human's cough, except more raspy. However, he is still able to bark, and he does not seem very sick (he is very happy and hyper), and I didn't want to take him to the Vet unless necessary. What should I do?

Im thinking of getting a puppy that is half German Rott and half Blue pit.I have never been really big on mixed breeds but i know both parents of this puppy and they have good personality's. Does anyone out there have this breed of dog? I would like to hear about the temperment and size of yours.
