awwww ok here pick it up by the sides of the shell then use your finger and pat it's head 2 times it will atomatic;y open it's mouth then let it bit the food.
Or clean it's tank again..may be a diese is affecting it.

Depends on a lot of things. Is his heat basking temperature set in the 90F range? Do you have a reptile UVB bulb on for 12 hours a day? Is the water heater set at the correct temperature? Are you doing at leas weekly water changes? Is the tank he's in at least 10 gallon for every 1 inch of shell length? These and other needs must be met for turtles to thrive and survive. More info:

You are not keeping or feeding it correctly. Since you gave no details, I can't tell what your doing wrong, so I'm going to suggest that you read some books on basic turtle care.

that happened to my baby turtle. just buy it a water heater for the tank. they wont eat when the water is cold. make sure it has proper uva lighting. it should be fine once you get the temp up. goodluck :)
