Well what kind of crafts can you do?

Many rats like to swim so you can just fill a bathtub with a little bit of water, enough so that there is an inch or two at one end but the other is still dry and let them have a day at the pool, just be sure to stay there and play lifeguard

Also try and teach them tricks, rats learn really fast and love to learn

But by far the best rat toy in a human being you are a moving jungle gym, just set a rat on your shoulder and take them on a tour of your house, if they bob their head in a certain direction that means something over that way looks interesting and they want a closer look

Our rats enjoy anything they can climb onto, climb into, chew on or carry around. They love hammocks, cardboard boxes, sturdy plastic cat toys with bells in them, chew toys (both loose & attached to the sides or ceiling of their cages) & nuts in their shells.
Our black hooded girl likes the plastic cap from a can of cooking spray-- I tried to use this as her food dish during her quarantine but she kept dumping the food out to play with the lid. She also neatly piles her favorite toys in one corner of the girls' cage & stashes food in another corner.
Rats. Gotta love 'em.

They look like my (now dead) rats! They are so adorable! You are so lucky to have such cute ratties!
Attach a tennis ball to a rope and tie the rope to the top of their cage.
Chew toys.
Make them a 'castle' out of cardboard boxes.
Email me at hidingmywings33@yahoo and I'll send you a pic of my rat!

Infant plastic toys. My wife did research on rats when she was at M.I.T. and found that rats with basic infant toys were stimulated and more likely to reproduce than the ones without the toys.

Heavy PVC pipe cut into different lengths, and joint pieces that are curved. Very cheap and they love them! Also colored golf balls are a hit.

They are adorable and very happy and healthy looking.
