i have an albino oscar and a tiger, they are babies, the tiger 1 is about 2 inches and the albino is about 4 inches, i feed them a good brand of pellets and also occasionally feed them muscles about 1nce a week, what else can i feed them that will help them on there way?

i got my papillon in Nov. and she is already 2 yr. old. now the lady i got her from said she doesnt remember the month or anthing that can help me know when to expect her to come in heat. I live in Moody,Texas and i need or want to know if there are any people out there in my surrounding area that might have a small stud that i might use.
If so email me please and we can chat maybe. Like i said i live in Moody, Texas.
P.S. She is UKC registered. She is just beautiful.

i want to get a puppy today because its christmas eve and we all open presents on christmas eve but i don't know if i should get a puppy because we already have 2 dogs! my dogs are very sweet and will accept any dog because we've had other dogs with them before but im not sure if i shuld get a puppy. i won't get a full grown dog because you don't know what kind of problems they have, but should i get a puppy??? if so what gender and what breed???? should i get a full breed or a mutt?? i don't know!!!

my cichlid is just laid some eggs in a highly hidden place she is the only cichlid in there but she is also with 2 oscars in a 7ft tank, i have had her for about a month now. will the eggs hatch as there is no male??

I have a 14 month old chihuahua. She didn't get her first heat until one year of age which was October. For the last week or so I've noticed small amounts of blood on the sheets of my bed (she sleeps with me) and the other dogs are going crazy smelling her, etc. My question is her vulva does not seem swollen nor do I ever notice blood coming out of it. When she was in heat in Oct. there wasn't much blood, but it was noticeable. My question is could she be in heat already? It hasn't been very long since her last heat. Thanks!

I'd like to give my rabbits wood so they can chew on it but I'm not sure which wood I can give them. I have some wood here at home but I'm unsure if certain woods are good or bad for rabbits. Please tell me how I can tell which kinds of wood is alright for them to chew!

I have backyard chickens, 3 hens and a recent one turned out to be a male. Live in the burbs with close neighbors. He is beautiful but starting to be noisey all day. I would like to keep him if there is a medical procedure to silence him, that would be more humane than him on the dinner table

Whats the best way to find information on a breed? Someone told me to call a breeder or that breed and get the temperment ect, so i planned on doing that. And is it a good idea to buy a dog from the breeder and do most breeders in america and those other countries like miami, england ect, ask for alot of money??

I have a steak that I took out of the freezer a day ago and won't be able to use it before it has to be thrown out. Is there any harm in cooking it and feeding it to my 2 kittens, or is steak harmful to them? Would it cause them to stop eating their kitten food? Right now, they get Purina ONE kitten dry free fed as well as assorted kitten wet foods twice a day/

I have a pitbull puppy. Almost a year old. He weighs about 58 pounds. He only drools mostly when he is outside but I've seem him drooling inside a few times. This happens when I'm taking him outside to the bathroom or when he goes on a ride with me in the car. Sometimes the top of his head like pulses I guess you could say. I'm pretty sure that he's healthy as he's been to the vet quite a bit and the only thing wrong with him is that he has dry skin. He ate a box of rat poison a few weeks ago but we got everything taken care of and he had an allergic reaction to the Vitamin K shot the vet gave him but he had been slobbering before all of that. Any ideas on what it might be? I'm sure if the vet saw something he would have said so in the many times we have been. We plan on getting him fixed here pretty soon. Thanks all in advance.

I found this kitten after the hurricane and brought him home. he lived outside for a long time and then disappeared. I thought someone stole him or something happened to him because he was always good about coming home. Well, after a WHOLE YEAR he shows up again. I take him and have him fixed, bring him home and he disappears again. This time, someone called me and I went to retrieve him. I want to keep him indoors this time.
I have tried it and it's not easy, because he's getting on everything, clawing things,although he IS using the litterbox. I have another cat that I have had for 5 years, she's not too fond of it, but then again, she's not too fond of anything. SHe's always hissing at him and stufff, I know this is making everything more stressful.
Last nights sleep SUCKED. How can I help everyone adjust ?
He's a sweet cat, and I think my other cat will get used to him--serious answers only- sick or mean answers will be reported to moderators. Thanks in advance!

my five month old JRT has a bad habbit of eating things she should not eat.on tuesday she was admitted to the hospital because she ate carpet and cardboard and today she ate a five dollar bill.I gave her some laxatone to help it move through her system and she is on a very high qualilty dog food.she is not board and gets peleanty of exerscise every day.any one have any advice on how to get this to stop?I have picked up everything execept her chew toys and food(her sister has never done anything like this)will the money hurt her like the carpet and the cardboard did?please help

What is the best way to build a playground?

I was thinking i could get a big plastic storage bin but one of the ones that is rectangular shaped and really low and long. I would supervise him of course and put a bunch of paper towel rolls and stuff in there and he could run around at his hearts content, :D

Ok, I work at animal control. Oftentimes we get in so many animals that all we can do is put them to sleep. We follow code, all euth's are done painlessly, but a friend and I would like to make better us of the resources we are left with after performing the euth. We are thinking of using some of the fatter cats for meat, maybe some sausage. We are partly vietnamese so as weird as this sounds to you, it is not to us. What are some good ways to cook up cat meat? I know some recipes from my gradmother but I'm thinking of something more American, like sausage or hamburger meat. What do you think?

I asked this same question yesterday but for some reason didn't get many helpful responses. Please help I'd really like to try some of the cats we have laying around. Thanks!

I have had my quaker sammie for awhile now, and we brought another home (same kind) Gabby the1 we brought home stayed in a seperate cage overnite and we decided to see how it would go introducing them to 1 another, Sammie introduces his cage to Gabby, now they are together getting along fine. is that okaye, this has happened within 1 day ????
