My cat is an outside cat and their are other cats in the neighborhood but I just got her yesterday- she lived out in the country.

If she's been outside, then she could be pregnant. Unless you want kittens (and the world has too many already), take her to the vet asap to have her spayed. If you are unwilling to have her spayed, don't let her out again--cat's live much longer as indoor cats, anyway.

Her nipples will get bigger you'll definately notice the difference. Also she'll start nesting, ripping up paper in closets or makin herself a bed in your laundry. She'll eat more and get chubbier, but mostly the nipples give it away.

you can take her to the vet or just wait a bit and see if her belly bloats out.
