My hamster is really fat. His hair is starting to rub off because he can hardly fit into his tubes in his cage.

take the tube out and buy it a hamster wheel if you don't have one. you can also buy it a hamster ball.

and don't over feed it

my sisters hamster use to get stuck in its tubes because it was the wrong kind of cage.

Do you have a wheel for him to exercise on? Maybe you are feeding him too much; check with a pet shop or steal a look in a hamster-care handbook re feeding amts. Then again, maybe its just in his little hamster genes.

hamsters get fat....thats the way they are. Try getting a bigger tube or just take it out. Get a wheel if you dont have one.

your hamster may not have enough exercise.....buy him so new toys he will enjoy them! they love playing with new toys and i think that is why your hamster got fat because of lack of exercise.
