I will be moving soon, and therefore able to have a dog again. I would like to keep the dog under 25 pounds, to make leasing and renting easier. I have had a beagle before and loved it. I would like a "real dog", not a toy or lap breed. Any suggestions?

My Python ate my Chihuahua and I can see it moving in the snake belly. Should I take a hatchet and whack the snake in two to get the Dog out? Or is it too late? How long can a dog live inside a snake?

Help, what should I do? My Doberman ate a shop rag and it's sticking halfway out it's butt. Should I just yank it out? Someone told me to soak it in gas and light it and video tape it. I think that would be rather cruel. But I'm willing to try if it helps.

one of my goldfish looks like hes going to blowup...i noticed it about 4 days ago his gills look like they r sticking out of him ..he dont look sick hes doing all the same as he use to but i am wondering why all a sudden he looks like this..its like hes got a balloon in his tummy

How can I get to let my dog know I mean business? For example, when he would nip at me I would say no and then ignore him. This worked for a while then it started up again. Then I would have a squirt gun and I would squirt him and say no, then ignore him. That doesn't work anymore either. He just gets more rough and nips even more. Any suggestions. He is a pitbull mix.

i have had both of the dogs for 2 years and they recently have shown aggressive behavior to taiwanese people ONLY. to foriegners that are my friends they have no problems. it is only to taiwanese people because they have been beaten before when living on the street. what can i do?

Its been 24hrs since he swallowed 3-4 pellets. I already saw the pellets in his stool. In my observation, he still the same, energetic and playful none had changed. None of the symtoms (as i read in the box) that he had been poisoined manifested. Does this mean that my dog is out of danger?
