No one but a Vet that examines him is going to be able to tell you completely accurately; however, it *sounds* like your Chi had a seizure.
Depending upon the age of your Chi (which you didn't state), IF it was a seizure, he could have a seizure disorder that requires medication. If it has never happened before, it could be a one-time thing, but it still requires that a Vet give him a good exam.
Has he recently been hit on the head? Fallen on his head? Any head injury that you can think of at all? Do you have rodent, or any other pest, poison set out anywhere? Did you have a big party at your place last night and leave anything out he could've gotten into? You need to think of **anything** out of the ordinary that has happened where he could have gotten hurt or ingested something.
Try not to let him out of your sight until you can get him to your Vet tomorrow; meanwhile, should he have another, speak calmly to him and rub him until it's over. But, should he have another and it's worse, call your Vet's emergency number.

canines balls...the puppy's self-somewhat worth? Ha! The damn issues are plastic and the animal gets no earnings from having them in his scrotum. The vet bought you a bill of goods so he ought to earnings on your lack of understanding. And if it replaced into your concept to have them implanted he could have tried to dissuade you. canines (particularly domestic dogs) have not have been given any inkling of what happened interior the vet's place of work different than he fell asleep and has some soreness down via his penis. yet he does sense much less aggressive and now the mutt around the line would not look lots of achievable to him. bypass to him and have the canines taken care of for the inflammation and swelling, in case you nevertheless have faith him. good luck J

Has this happened before? Your dog could have been having a seizure. I highly suggest that you see a vet to take care of the problem to prevent any future and long-term damage it could cause. While seizures are scary, there are medications available for him to taek to stop them.

Take him to the Vet, I had a dog that had seizures till he was 8 we used to give him a teaspoon of syrup it would knock him right out of it, but get the medication if the doc recommends it but syrup i also recommend it worked fine for him he was a black lab but it could be different for your dog.
