Working dogs were used to recover bodies after 9/11. They worked as hard as their masters and had to be fitted with special boots. They exhausted themselves and had to be put on IVs to keep hydrated. Please send this PowerPoint show to me. I lost mine when my hard drive crashed.

I have 2 indoor dogs, and 5 indoor cats, and the fleas have gotten out of control this year. I use frontline spray on the animals, and have flea bombed the house recently, and still can't seem to get rid of them. I am about ready to oust them all (Not really, but this is driving me crazy, feel like I am at war!) Have any of you used a product that works extremely well? Thanks for your help !

I have a 7, almost 8 year old male cat. He's a tabby. he seems a little down in the dumps the past few days..I'm just worried that he's sick. He's eating, keeping it down, and when I tempt him enough he will play with his toys. He just seems...sad. I don't know whats wrong. What I'm worried about is he contracted something from these damn roaches that have been in our piece of crap apartment for the past 9 months. We are working on moving out soon as possible but our lease is up in January. We've tried exterminating and everything, and can't tent because its a 12 unit apartment building and not everyone has a problem. But anyway, is there something I should be worried about?

I recently got an 8 week old Lab-Sheppard mix. She is very good natured and generally calm, and like all puppies completely adorable. The problem I have is I have never had a puppy before, and am somewhat at a loss for how to get her to behave.

She generally whines if she needs to go out but this is only half the time, the other half ends up on the carpet for me to clean. She needs to stop peeing inside altogether. She also chews or bites everything! I know that is fairly normal, but with out being cruel how can I get her to stop? She nips at me even when I try to pet her, and those puppy teeth are sharp! The last thing is that she whines when I put her in the bathroom which is where i must keep her until she's house broken.

Now I realize she is still quite young and she's doing fairly well for her age; and I can't expect too much too soon, but if there are ways the speed up the training process I'd love to know them. Any advice in these areas would be greatly appreciated.

I have a glass fish. I havn't had for awhile.
Fish are suppose to eat non-stop. Supposely they are soo dumb when they get food they don''t know when to stop and they'll eat until their stomachs explode.

Does anyone have a answer to my Question?: My Glass fish won't eat!!

I have a cockatiel she is 5 years old. She started picking which at first I thought she was cleaning herself . I got up one morning and found she had blood on her beak so I checked her over and found a sore place that she had picked at on her body under the wing. I took her to the avian vet and the vet said she may have injured herself, put her on a antibiotic and a anti itching medicine. She was put in a dome collar to prevent her from picking the area. I have took the collar off at times to rest her but she continues to pick. The site looks better but she has finshed the antibiotic and it isn't well. What should I do. Should I call and get her more antibiotics or what? I herd of some birds being self mulaters. I don't think this one is I raised her from 1 hour old and she is in the cage with 2 other females that I did the same. This bird gets much attention a good vegie, pelet, seed diet and is so sweet I just don't know what to do . Any suggestion what would make her mutilate ?

Should I take her to the vet? I have noticed about 6 or 8 bites. She seems better after the bath but I don't want to take any chances. Before the bath she was running around crying. I never saw the ants but she has the little red bites that look like a little blisters just like the fire ants leave on me when I get stung.

It is one of my favorites. The Siamese Cat, D.C. is hilarious. Has anyone known a cat that is almost that smart and spunky? Does anyone know how they train cats for movies? I mean, all the cats I have met are kind of dumb and do not obey or even acknowledge their name. Are Siamese smarter than most cats?
