With a relatively small investment of time from you, your toad will make a very enjoyable pet.
Steps:
1. House your toad in a fish tank.
2. Keep about 2 to 4 inches of water on the bottom of the tank.
3. Remember to only use de-chlorinated water that has been left out for 24 hours or more before adding to the tank.
4. Add some rocks so they have some land on which to stay.
5. Provide hollow logs in which the toads can hide.
6. Keep the tank covered so they won't escape.
7. Buy crickets to feed your toads.
8. Decide if you prefer to provide a full-week's supply in the tank at one time or feed them more frequently.
Tips:
Wash your hands before handling your toad.

i've raised toads from the wild before. what you have to do is find a tiny little worm and cut it up into smaller pieces. toads are attracted to things that move, so make sure the cut up pieces of the worm are still squirming. if its not squirming...move it around with a blade of grass or small twig until they eat it. put the little toads in a bucket or something and put the live food in there with them. also, little tiny bugs will work.

Toads dont give you warts, that is such an old myth...
Let the poor thing go. It has natural parasites inside it that will overwhelm and kill it if you keep it in a cage. It is so cruel even though you think you are "saving" it.

I would leave them be they like outside & water, I would put it back in its natural environment moist and grassy, that is what Steve Irwin would do, maybe water an area close by. They are great for the environment. I keep my cats away from them so they do not harm the little ones, I have tons of them that come on my patio, they are very cute and climb up the side of my house too, they do no harm.

I caught some too, they are soo cute. you keep them in a little container that has holes on top. make sure the bottom of the container is water and that there are rocks and branches and leaves it can hide under. Then for food, they love flies and spiders. but if you dont feel like catching them, you can go to any pet store and buy crickets. they love those. If you get bored of them, you can always release them, but they are kinda fun to watch and keep ya company. :)

you can buy one of those little cheap things where kids put bugs they catch in if the toads are small enough and somehow find a way to put little insects in the tank with them. if theyre big enough , you can feed them crickets from the pet store

Why don't you let them go. they are wild animals and deserve to be free unless they are injured, weak, etc. If you have concerns call or bring them to a Nature Center. In Long Island NY, theres a place called Sweet Briar Nature Center. I used to vollunteer there 2 Summers ago

toads like damp places like an old aquarium you can keep damp but noy wet. they eat bugs. good luck on that. ask at your local pet store, I've seen them for sale so they must sell food for them. I have about a zillion around when i cut the grass.

The best thing to do for your toad is to place it in a blender & flick on ON switch.
