I need help. the bedding area with the worms was really moist and a little dirty. right below where her bottle drips once in a while. and can it affect or give me worms.

clean and disinfect the cage then put down fresh bedding the one you have is infected and if left your pets will get wet tail if they don't have it already

Why in the world would you wait so long to clean your poor pigs cage that by the time you finally do, little worms are living in the bedding?...

Well, it depends. were the worms in your guinea pigs stool? If so you can take him to the vet and they should be able to give you antibiotics for him, or of they were just in the cage you must clean it more often. The worms were probably attracted to the food. Good Luck!

I would say most likely the worms are from the fact that the cage was dirty and wet! flys and other bugs will lay eggs in that moist type of environment.... Keep it clean!

I would take a sample of the worms and dirty litter and your pet to your vet .. not only dogs and cats but any animal can see a vet .

i have the same thing when i don't clean my doves cage often enough so it nothing to do with the rodents. alittle damp and alittle dirt and you get bugs. you just need to clean more often or better. gross litter buggers but i don't think they hurt anything.
