I want to eat damn it. I don't like eating like those men's fitness magazines where they tell you eat 2 spoons of raisins, 1 slice of wheat bread, and 2 spoons of nuts, and a 1/4 glass of orange juice for breakfast. Man, screw that I want to be able to eat like a human not a bird or a squirrel. Somebody give me advice on eating what you want to eat and still having that six pack. I'll hit the gym hard to make up for what I eat is it possible?

I try to at least work my muscles at 85% intensity while at the same time trying to max out my reps. It usually ends up being like 5 reps for me for a set. I'm trying to burn fat and build muscle at the same time, plus I do sprints for high intensity cardio. I've been noticing results. Anybody think this is the way to go or am I going to burn my body out over time?

So if i ran a mile in a sweatshirt and long pants on a hot day, would i be getting more exercise and losing more weight than if I ran in shorts and a small loose shirt with the exact same hot weather. I know that was a long run on sentence, try to comprehend it all

I'm Bjork. Female. 29 years old. 5'4" and a nasty 125 lbs. My belly is disgusting. I exercise daily. I drink tons of fluids. I used to be at a *much* lower weight until I was *forced* to gain. Now I look disgusting and am looking to get back to that weight. That was 60 pounds ago. I used to be cute and petite. Now I am a tub of lard. How can I lose this 60 pounds? I'm taking diet pills, exercising daily, and drinking fluids, so don't tell me about that. I also eat very healthily... I don't eat meat most of the time, hardly any carbs. What else can I do?

I was wondering if anyone has used this program, and what kind of success they had with it. I only need to lose 10-15 pounds, and I run a couple days a week, but I'm thinking for the same price as what I can go grocery shopping for for a month, I can get 5 weeks of pre-made food. I just want to make sure I'm not throwing my money away!

I think my main problem is that I don't have time to prepare very healthy meals like I would if I were at home all the time. So would these pre-made pre-portioned healthy meals help?

I started the akins diet on the 17th and I lost 15lbs FAST! I was so happy. But now for the past like 4 days I havnt been losing, Im still doing the same things so why did I quit losing? why is America so fat? could it be that some level in our hormones is out of whack? Maybe in the future our systems will tell our bodies to just shed any extra calories we don't need, sort of like extra water soluble vitamins that go right through our bodies.
