Some people just won't be very tall, and that's not a bad thing. The most important thing is to develop a good sense of proper self-esteem and a healthy view of yourself.

You can't. It is pretty much genetically determined. Unless you have the money to undergo very painful surgey to have your legs lengthened. If you are under the age of 18 you probably are not finished growing yet. Give it time. If you think that you are too short for age and frame size, discuss it with your parents and doctor. There are hormone injections that you can take to help you gain a little height (my cousin had to do this).

You can't. Just make sure you're eating well, so your genetics will be able to achieve the maximum that you're "programmed" for. Nothing you can do to increase it.
