along with your height your body frame also matters if you have a medium body frame 115 lbs is not at all bad for5 ft...it is perfectly healthy

It's not only a matter of height. 12 years old is one of the main "growth spurt" times so if the 12 year old seems to be putting on a lot of weight, it might just be because they are about to get a lot taller. I think 115lbs is ok for that height.

About 100 is average I think, but that might be for an adult not a child, I'm sure 115 isn't too bad.

A weight table I have says at 5'0, you should be 97- 128 lbs.

you are young and still growing. as long as you are healthy and active, you are too young to be worried about weight unless your pediatrician has said something to you. depending on your build and muscle mass, you should weig somewhere between 105-120 lbs. you still have a few years to grow and mature, give your body the vitamins, minerals, nutrients, fiber, water and exercise it needs to keep you optimum health. good luck.
