When I was 5 foot I weighed 90 lbs and that was too thin!

I don't think it's your place to worry about a friend's weight. If she eats unhealthy then address that issue - but by telling your friend she's overweight you may loose that relationship.
And besides, even if she is overweight, so long as she's happy - that's all that really matters.
