I was wondering if anyone has used this program, and what kind of success they had with it. I only need to lose 10-15 pounds, and I run a couple days a week, but I'm thinking for the same price as what I can go grocery shopping for for a month, I can get 5 weeks of pre-made food. I just want to make sure I'm not throwing my money away!

I think my main problem is that I don't have time to prepare very healthy meals like I would if I were at home all the time. So would these pre-made pre-portioned healthy meals help?

To Ian P: I'm 5'8" and weigh 137 pounds. I don't know in what world you could call that overweight, but I really don't appreciate your insulting attitude when I'm trying to become even healthier. I have two big dogs that I run with most every day. I have a good-paying job that means I can afford to buy this food, and for your information, I have a gym membership already. Thank you though for your advice, which made absolutely no sense...

The program supplies 4 meals a day for you (breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack). If you only need to lose 10-15 pounds you probably will only have to be on it for a month if you exercise too. It costs about 290 dollars for 28days plus the free week of food when you register. So 5 weeks of food. You have to add veggies, fruit and your own dairy/protein. People also do nutrisystem without the food too.

Check out this forum for all the info you will need to know about Nutrisystem. I was on it and lost over 60 pounds. It works if you work it.

How about you use that money for a gym. Working and not being home is no excuse for being overweight. Oh and by the way you can't sell animals on Craigslist.org so you might want to do your research before you answer a question.
