HOW TO GET SIX PACKS CAN U GIVE DETAILS OF HOW AND WAT ECERCISE REPS ECT... HELP PLEASE GIVE ME A 12 WEEK ROUTINE.

I WANNA HAVE SIX PACKS IN 12 WEEKS.. IF NOT JUST A LITTLE SHAPE OF SIX PACKS ON MY STOMACH.

You're gonna need to diet besides excersise. The six pack will remain hidden behind the abdominal fat if you don't lose weight. Crunches work, but if you can get a place to hang and do leg lifts...they'll work quicker and won't hurt your back like crunches do. Just diet hard...and excersise......also a brisk 2 mile walk every day should help eliminate the abdominal fat. Best of luck to you........

well before i had a kid i did crunches but not the regular ones i think anyways lay flat on your back with your legs bent up and youre hands straight forward on the floor. youre wrist should hit about the middle of your hips. well lift up doing a regular crunch and you lift up with your hips keeping youre feet on the floor. Your hand should move passed your original spot about an inch and 1/2. or you could do that same crunch but hold up the crunch and keep going up as far as you can also push with youre hips also. if you feel youre stomach warm after the exercise then you have done enough for the day and done them proper. o yeah do not put youre hand behing your head. it takes away from straight abs.
