Post partum (after giving birth) crunches work if done correctly. When raising up tighten the abdominal muscles.Increase the number by 10 every 3 or 4 days as tolerated.There are a lot of exercises that help. This was the cheapest most effective way that worked for me. You'll get there! Good luck.

yes.. you have to do many sit up and cruches.. get a girdle it will help re structure it..
my granddaughter is 5 months old so my daughter is going through it.. losts of walking and bike riding.. and it will go away.. good luck..
50crunches at night and in the morn.. will to the trick..you have to sweat to lose weight.. lol
