Sure it's possible to eat what you enjoy and work out at the gym. The trick is to EAT LESS of it.

As long as you exercises it's all good, now if what you're after is also good health then that's where you have to look at what you're eating, My dad used to eat like crap, meaning greasy and unhealthy foods back in the day (1970's) and he had a great looking body, small waist, big arms, large chest, all muscle, all because he exercised everyday (mostly weights and swimming), then he got married, stop exercising and got a belly, lol, now he's trying to eat healthier and is exercising everyday and is starting to get back in shape, also remember that protein is what regenerates your muscles and the body regenerates when you're sleeping so if you want a six pack while still eating like a jolly king, go do some exercises.

The good news is you already have a six pack. The bad news is that it is probably coated over with body fat, which is why you can't see it. You don't have to do anything special, just make sure you are burning more calories (through exercise) than you are consuming (through eating). The eating part and the exercise are the two factors, and you have to make a balancing act with them. Find the proportions of both that work best for you. Best of luck.

The only way you're gonna have a six pack, is to eliminate the abdominal fat....then they'll show. So you're gonna have to do a lifestyle change.....watch what you eat and plenty of exercise. The best exercises for the six pack, which worked for me is to hang and do leg lifts. Do the vertical leg lifts and the obliques. Crunches will work too, but they'll eventually cause back pain, and the leg lifts (to me) actually work better. If you don't do a lifestyle change, then when you're finished with your diet and exercise, the fat will begin to build up around the abdomen again. Trust me with this.....been there done that.

I use an advocare product that burns fat, reduces my hunger, gives me energy, and most importantly to me.... Lets me eat what I want! There are all types of this sort of thing on the market... it's not hard to find. And I bet they all work to some degree.. I just know that the stuff that i have been taking has allowed me to drop abut 18 pounds in a 6 week time period... Still going... I want that ripped look too! good luck!

To get a six pack you have to lose the lard, which means being careful about what you eat and drink. It's almost impossible to exercise enough to compensate for a bad diet.

you need protein my friend....i'm working on my 6 pack, and it's about what you eat, your diet, you need to consume calories if you are working out hard at the gym.....after you work out you need to consume a whey protein shake....you can do as many crunches and leg lifts as you want but if your diet isn't rich in protien, you'll wasting time...balance your protien, carbs, and fats......i can give you my eating regime that my trainer gave me.....
meal #1
3 egg whites and 1 egg
1/2 cup oatmeal
meal #2
protein shake
meal #3
1/2 can tuna or 1 can tuna
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup broccoli
meal #4
protein shake
meal #5
4-6 oz. oz chicken
1 cup rice
1/2 cup veggie of choice (try to stick to green veggies)
meal #6 (right before bedtime)
protein shake
try to space your meals 3-4 hours apart to keep your metab going all day....it works trust me...I've been on it for a few weeks and notice a huge difference...i'm already seeing huge definition in my abs!
Good luck!
