I took Lipo-6 starting last tuesday....and it really supressed my appetite...i just ate a 1 hotdog the whole day.......im just not hungry at all...........i dont know......hopefully im losing fat..

Is this supposed to be right? Not eating all day? Is that good for me or not?

NO!!! Not eating all day isn't alright. If you want to lose fat, EAT LESS fat. If this product is making you not hungry, make yourself eat anyway. Eat proteins, vegetables, fruits, dairy, lean meats, poultry. Each one of those foods has things in them to make your body work in a certain way. Some make your muscles flex; some make your bones strong; some make your blood healthy. And if you think - REALLY think about it, your blood needs lots of things done to it to make it healthy. It has to make red cells and white cells, it needs to clot, but, also to be able to be thin enough to flow through your veins to get through your whole body. Things like that. And we could do that little thing for EACH part of your whole system!!!!! So, please, take your Lipo-6 wisely, okay? And good luck with your weight loss.

congrats, but make sure you eat enough, if you dont then you will lose more than fat, muscle as well. take into consideration how much you eat normally and cut calories off that, and make them fat and excess simple sugars if you are not very active in the day. i wouldnt go around just eating a hot dog a day, not the best choice for substinace. try natural meats and complex carbs.
