Google search BMI (body mass index) and that can give you a decent idea. The BMI does not take into account your body's frame size so you will have a bit of wiggle room.

if u are a man...and 1.78 cm...u must have 75 kg...but a goot chart is simple to made...take the latest 2 caracters of your height (for eg if u have 1.60 cm height - u'r norlam weight is ~60 kg...1.70 cm height - ~70 kg )
