I'm a twelve year old girl who is VERY skinny. Seriously. And I weigh 80 pounds. Is that the right weight for me? If not, how much should I gain?

I'm having a hard time trying to motivate myself to go to the gym. I'm home from college for the summer, and I also work. When I was lifting weights in highschool, I had friends and coaches to help motivate, but it's so boring to work out alone. Any advice?

I'm trying to lose weight and lower cholestoral at the same time so I've switched my diet drastically to mostly apples, celery, orange juice, cheerios, and things of that nature. However my anxiety seems to be getting worse and I tend to freak out more about health and other things (last night I couldn't go to sleep till 7 AM). My mom says it's because I'm weak and wait too long between meals (usually seven to twelve hours). Is my diet also a contributing factor?

it's been over a year since i gave birth. i'm back to my pre-baby weight but still look like 6 months pregnant. i used to be a sz 7, now im a sz 10 with rolls of fats. i weigh130 lbs and stands 5"4. i lost weight on south beach diet + 30 mins treadmill exercise 4x a wk.

i'm a very serious ballerina, if you hven't already read my profile. i do a lot (like tons) of conditioning, but it gets old really fast. anyone have ideas for new, conditiong? it doesn't really matter what muscles it works or anything....lol thanx so much!!!
