I have been excercising and eating healthy for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I need a supplement to take with my routine that has been proven to help lose weight and gives energy. I want to lose about 30 lbs and tone. Any weight loss tips is also greatly appreciated. My work out routine so far is:
25-30 mins cardio for 5 days, full body work out 2 days (including free weights).

Once every couple of weeks or so I get these strong urges to eat anything sweet including cookies, cakes, candy, and lots of it. How do I get rid of this problem, I cant seem to lose weight because of this problem. I've tried time and time again. HELP!

Im am 6ft 5and i only weigh 144lbs. That means i am very, very skinny and lanky. I have started to do weight training but need to put on weight to make it work. i could eat lots of food say every 2-3 hours but i dont have time to be having big meals that much. I have also discovered that i have the body type that has the highest metabolism of all out of the 3, but thats not good for gaining muscle. I have heard you can get medication to force it to slow down. I wanted to know where i can get it, is it expensive... oh ad what its called, or any info that you can offer.

I'm a 14 yr old girl with a height of 6' 4 (160cm) and I weigh like 110 pounds. I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds or more right now since it's summer vacation and I have time. What are some cardio or exercises that I can do to lose weight without gaining it all back when I stop exercising? Right now, my eating habits wouldn't be exactly called "healthy" but it's going to be when I'm on my diet and doing all the cardio and exercises and stuff during this summer, then, after losing 10pounds, I'll just watch what I'm eating more. Swimming, I know, is an option, but running I heard would make my thigh and butt big when I stop (and that would be bad because they're already big and well, fat).

I weigh 101lbs, I am 5'6 and a size 00 and that is still baggy. I am so self concious. I eat alot like for an example if I go to burger King I have a Whopper and a large fry and Soda. My mom says the reason I am thin is because of genes (she is 5'7 and 115lbs and can wear the same size as my sister a 3 or 4) I am 15 years old and i am asking the question for me and my twin. I have tried working out but that just makes me loose even more weight but I was told it would give me muscle which will make me weigh more. Every year I gain around .half a pound. Me and my twinalso are 28 c her and i am 27c for a bra size which makes us look fake. Any answers will help alot

Hello im trying to find out what exactly you do in bootcamp and how hard it is was just trying to find out like per say each day how far do you run, how many pushups stuff like that right now im training by running every day right now i can only run about a mile but i should be up to a few miles in a week or so and what other kind of conditioning should i do besides running? and is there any particular books or anything i can get that will help me get through bootcamp?
