try the soup diet..it works....but it's a quick fix and the weight'll come back once you're off.

I'm 13 also, and at this age, not eating is NOT the answer to losing weight! When you don't eat, your body stores the unused carbs and fats. And it's not fun to not eat, eating is great! You just have to eat the right things such as fresh fruits and proteins, not a bag of potato chips and a cookie!
Is there a line of some kind that you have to lose all of this weight by? If not, then it is better if you lose the weight over a longer period of time than just 12 days. Work out and eat healthy and hopefully you will lose your admired amount of weight! Don't worry if you don't lose right away after working out for a few days, you may just be building muscle!

If you don't eat, you'll gain weight, especially if it's only for 12 days. Your body will try to conserve all it can and you'll feel tired and weak as it tries to compensate. What you're doing is very dangerous. Instead of NOT eating, you simple need to eat HEALTHY. I am going to give you a sample menu and exercise program follow this for your 12 day routine. You won't loose 10 pounds, but you'll look better and feel better!
First...no more soda at all. Drink only plain water and drink at least 8 full glasses, but more if possible.
Breakfast: 1 cup of low-fat yogurt (plain with a little honey added is best) and 1 banana
Snack: A granola bar or a handful of plain almonds or a piece of fruit
Lunch: A tossed salad with salsa instead of salad dressing and a piece of fruit
Snack: A piece of fruit or veggies, such as baby carrots or celery
Dinner: Brown rice, steamed veggies and skinless chicken breast or fish (not fried)
Also, make sure you take a multi-vitamin. Since you are so young, ask a parent to help you choose one that is right for you.
Do 30min daily of cardio (running, treadmill, etc)
Pilates daily (get a DVD and do it at home, it's a great exercise for toning and the results are pretty fast provided you are following your healthy diet)

Firstly why do you think you need to loose 10lbs?
If you are being active thats great, cut out all soda's and candy, and increase the amounts of water you drink. Eat at least 4 meals a day.
You are very young and your body is going through some massive changes so I do not suggest you diet at all. Your body needs as much help now during this time of change so don't deprive it of food.
As for all the other people commenting above directing this 13 YEAR OLD with diet ideas WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? Why on earth would you advise a person this young to try fad diets?? CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY.....
Please take care of your body... you only get one!! Try to accept that your body is changing and you might now have curves in places you didn't before... enjoy em!

EAT!!! If you don't eat, you're just going to screw up your metabolism which'll result in more weight gain. 12 days is a little unrealistic, but personally, I lost 12 pounds three weeks. I hit the gym for two hours every other day, and didn't really change my diet too much; I just cut fast food. Oh, and do LOTS of cardio. And EAT!

You are not lossing because you are not eating.
Your body is getting used to you not feeding it so is saving all the calories it can so survive.
Eat healthy and exercise. Do aerobics for at least 40 minutes at a moderate to high intensity ( if you can since you must be weak from not eating).

your body can only handle losing 1-2 pounds MAXIMUM per week. any more than that is traumatic on your body, and your body will actually work HARDER to KEEP THE FAT! so, you need to lose weight in a safe way, that involves eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and exercising.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

girl, u cant loose that much lbs in 12 days....and pls do it in a healthy manner...dont skip foods...eat small portions 4x a day and drink lotsa water...it would help...just dont kill yourself gorgeuos..good luck1 results may vary and if u dont loose weight in that period of time,know that u will but not eventually...
