I have been excercising and eating healthy for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I need a supplement to take with my routine that has been proven to help lose weight and gives energy. I want to lose about 30 lbs and tone. Any weight loss tips is also greatly appreciated. My work out routine so far is:
25-30 mins cardio for 5 days, full body work out 2 days (including free weights).

Take vitamin B12 orally or shots....
Drink lots of water
Drink Green Tea

and DO NOT use any diet pills...they are ALLLLL bad

And, up your free weight to 4 days
Cardio for 30 minutes or more at a medium speed ( you can talk while doing cardio).

Eating healthly needs to be defined as NO SUGAR, NO WHITE FLOUR, NO SODAS OR DIET SODAS AND LOW FAT ( fat free products are full of sugar)

I'd say keep doing what you are doing...it takes time. It took me 6 months to lose 25lbs. but I have kept it off consistently. I have taken many diet supplements and pills and I always gained the weight back and it wasn't healthy. When you do it all on your own there is a sense of accomplishment that YOU did it...not some pill. You can do it so just keep up the routine!!!!

Diet pills do not work because usually it is only water weight that is lost. Try making lifestyle changes instead. Check out www.mypyramid.gov for a healthy eating plan to aid with weight loss.

Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
