im trying to eat small healthy meals a day and work out but I have a 7 month old baby and cant seem to eat 3 times a day never mind 6 is there any way to boost my metabolisim and still only eat 3 times a day i dont eat junk food or drink pop but my metabolisim is slow need to speed it up to burn fat plz help

this is weird.. i am considered under weight. but i still have love handles, i dont have a flat stomach instead i have rolls which are pouring out(cant wear low rise).. and my arms are flabby... help me..pls :'(

I excersize 1 hour each day, and walk about 1:30 hours. I think that's more than enough really. I'm not about to do more. And my calorie intake is low because I'm a raw food vegan and I really don't want to stuff myself with tons more of veggies and fruit when I don't have the taste for it.

I am reading that these are things I do have to do though, in order to lose more weight.

I don't believe that.

Well how then do all those anorexic girls lose weight? I'm sure they don't eat more to lose more weight.

I'm not comparing myself to a diseased woman, I'm just asking if I can continue with my normal excersize/diet plan and get over this weight loss plateau?

i've been doing the abs diet...i'm a thin girl, but i wanted some nice abs...i've been eating healthy, excercising, etc...but i've been exercising much more often than it says to, to speed up the results...is that a bad thing?? is there such a thing as working out TOO much?? thanks!

I need help please. Im gettting so depressed from things not working out. Please give any safe no pills needed tips for me.
