Yess offcourse but just don't over do it. Eat any ice cream you want and then do a little exercise to burn those extra calories..Its as simple as that!

Hello! Yes, it certainly is possible to eat ice cream on a diet. However, this should be done in moderation only. Remember, Ben of Ben and Jerry's had a quadruple bypass (heart surgery) at the tender age of 49! When I diet I find it helpful not to have ice cream in the house at all --- it is easier for me to get used to not eating it at all then to restrict myself to a very small portion. Some dieters find it easier to reward themselves with a special treat (small serving of ice cream) once every month if they've done particularly well with the diet that month, but that doesn't really work for me. It's possible yet probably not wise. I wouldn't restrict the foods I liked just remember sensible portions.
