Eat scrap metal, here is a recipe:
1/2 pound steel ball bearings
2 Tablspoons axle grease
2 Handfuls iron fillings
3 Reels copper wire (5 gauge)
Place all ingredients in a medium blast furnace for 25 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Dice before it solifidies.
Eat with a nice bottle of vintage motor oil and old shoes.
YUMMY and Lots of Weight gain.

Well, eating alot of one thing will actually make you lose weight, even if it is very fattening, so go for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Lots of cookies, cake, and Ice Cream. Eat double a normal portion of any food, and eat even if you aren't hungry.

Okay....
a healthy way to gain weight is to eat LOTS of healthy foods as opposed to loing weight, where you would eat not alot of healthy food. Don't eat alot of junk.

Start eating more proteins and carbs but do not start eating more junk food. Start weight lifting and if add a creatine supplement to ur workouts if u want.
