I had a killer workout this morning. My personal trainer was really pushing me to my limits. Now my arms are sore and my arms have been trembling all morning. Anything to worry about?

drink something that will replace your electrolytes, like Gatorade. And find a new trainer...he's pushing way too hard.

Your trainer sucks. A professional person would never push another beyond their limit or endurance. Give your trainer a call and tell him/her about it.

It is normal if you tremble for a day or so but if it persists you should seek a doctor. Your muscles are being overworked.

u r dehydrated and need to chill for a bit eat and drink lots of water
