by sensitive i mean that i am looking for an exercise that will not make a heart pump vigorously and something that will not provoke someone to have a heart attack while performing it.

Walking. Avoid things where you have to swing your arms, tennis, baseball, etc. If you take a class be sure to tell the instructor about your heart so that they can tailor the workout for you.

Don't know what a sensitive heart is, but i guess walking would do, that does not hurt anybody

Yoga cause it will also strengthen your heart, along with the rest of your body.

Swimming. It allows you to float and that puts your body under less strain.
