Well nothing works fast. But right before the fateful day, don't eat and drink only water with a little lemon. Run, sweat and do 100 crunches. You'll look the best you can on such short notice.

well let me tell you what I did to lose 45lbs in 15 wks
Low carbs
45-60 minutes cardio AT HOME 6 X a week ( i did 25min morning then 25min at night)
no sugary soda pop
I did not see a thing for 17 days that is because my body had to adjust and then your metabolism is literally on the fly after that
the most important thing is the you have to drink AT least 75-100 oz of water a day or else /..
your body uses water to expelled fat from you system in other words for every oz of water you drink the more effecient it is to eleminate the fat (example if you drink 60 oz of water in 24 hours
your are at 60 % fat loss effeciency ) that is the general rule of thumb ..

Do 3 reps of 20 sit ups daily and eat protein enriched foods and green veggies. You could also walk for 30-45 minutes a day. If you eat high fat foods, try using a fat blocker 30min. before you eat. GNC has great ones. Drink plenty of water, too. Take your weight, divide by two. That's how many ounces of water your body needs a day.

Well the best way is diet and exercise but if you're too lazy for that then you should try some diet pills. They aren't for the person looking to lose five pounds and they can be very addictive but they usually work very well

If you want everything, you'll get nothing. Do LOTS of cardio to lose your tummy with sit-ups. Do this for about six months straight and you'll lose about half of it. You also don't want to lose it quickly too. If you do that, it'll come right back. Slow fat loss is easier to keep off than quick fat loss.
No pain, no gain...or loss, in your case.

How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end.Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.
Slash 250 cal.s a day to lose about 25 lbs. in a year, Slash 500 cal.s to loose 50 pounds.
This is based on a 150-pound person: you may need to cut more/ fewer calories depending on ur weight, age & gender. It also assumes your normal calorie intake essentially stays the same and your weight is stable.

Ab work. It's not that hard and you only have to do it for about ten minutes a day. It is important to do it daily though. If you have the "On Demand" option with your cable provider, they have great ten minute ab workouts. If not, just google ab workouts.

When your cleaning, just put on some peppy music.... dance your way to a tiny waist..... um, as far as what to eat.... I don't know, I have poor diet myself. But you could start with vitamins!
