How can I lose wieght the fastest I stoped eating all sweets 3 days ago and do diet pills work I started taken st-2 does it work please let me know

Leave does diet pills away, they do more harm then good. Just eat a good meal . Start off with Fruit in the morning , Fish,Meat and Salat at Lunch. Same at Supper. No snacks in between,drink plenty of water. Stay away from all sweets and carbo stuff and you loose fast and easy. Baby is going to have a great looking Mom. Good Luck

My wife had our baby about 8 months ago, and is concerned with the same thing. What I told her is what I will tell you. The diet pill thing may work, but isn't the healthiest route to go, especially if you are breast feeding. Look at it this way, it took you 9 months to gain the weight, so what makes you think that you can lose it in a few months?? Eat a good healthy diet, and avoid foods high in fats, and carbohydrates, as for these add to the weight you are trying to lose. My wife was a butter freak when we met, and since we have cut back on something that simple she has found it easier to shed the unwanted pounds.

Also, taking the baby for a walk in the park, as well as light exercising each day will contribute as well. Cutting back on sodas and items high in sugar will help too. Just give it some time, and with all of these suggestions you will achieve what you set out to achieve. Don't expect overnight miracles, and most of all, don't give up!! It also depends on both your age, and number of prior children as to how easy it will be to lose the weight. Hopefully your partner is as supportive with you as I am with my wife, and will love you no matter what your size.

Diet pills dont work, period. Discipline is the key. Take up a diet and exercise plan and stick to it. Cut down on sugar, fat and salt. No carbs after 6pm.
When starting a exercise regime dont jump up the stairs. Instead do a build-up programme. Start light and work your way up. Jogging is no good, it will ruin your ankles and knee. Try jumping rope instead.
Eat more but smaller meals. That will keep you from getting too hungry. When you are hungry you tend to eat more.

Watching carbs and calories really helped me. I go bike riding 2-3 times per week. With the baby, you may want to tune in to fit-tv and follow along with some aerobic workouts. If you are a beginner, try Denise Austin on Lifetime in the mornings. Do this and in less than weeks you will see great results.

Exercise, eat healthy and drink lots of water. Diet pills will give you side effects and as soon as you stop taking them, your weight will go back up. If you really want to lose the weight fast, you might want to try getting a trainer. I'm currently 4.5 months pregnant and I'm already worried about the post-pregnancy weight.

I just had a baby 6 months ago and can't take ephedra's cause I breast feed. so what I do is make a game of it with my daughter and exercise. Like crunches with her on my legs or peek-a-boo push ups we take short walks when it cools down. all my exercise involves my new baby it makes for good quality time and your body gets back into shape. (little tip that works for me drink lots of water instead of sodas) you can eat what you want.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

i am in the exact same situation except i am having a horrible time getting a hold of anything with ephedras in it. i bought a dietminder journal and started walking and trying to drink slimfast (that crap is gross). i have 25 lbs left to go and am not feeling to good about it, lol. good luck and try to find something with ephedras.
