I just wanted to lose a little weight in my thighs. and also, some excercises for my butt and calfs?

1-Lunges, squads = high reps, low weight.
2-Stepper and step climber ( the one that looks like and electrical escalator) for about 30 minutes.
3-For inner thigh do leg presses with your toes pointing out
Overall weight loss = run, swim or do any aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes

Eat better, no sugar, no complex carbs, no soda, not even diet soda

Exercises are hard to explain over the computer, so I suggest purchasing a work-out video. I recommend Denise Austin's "Get Fit Fast" for Legs&Buns, Arms&Shoulders, and Abs!

Isometrics work like a hot damn. They even have a video-and it works but the side effecs are that you increase your sex drive by doing them LOL and that can never be a bad thing

lunges and squats tone your butt and thighs

doing squates and lunges help a lot also climbing stairs help if u do squates and lunges holding 5lbs in each hand rlly helps

You can do some squats. But a lot though.
