My sis was a bit underweight (size 1 usually, sometimes 0). She's tall (5'7) and a something C (really a D sometimes, but she won't wear one). Do you exercise a lot? Because my sister only became underweight when she was running track. She can eat anything she wants as without gaining weight as well. She did gain weight so that she isn't unhealthy, but she's still very thin. Perfectly flat stomach and whatnot, so it's not like gaining the weight will make you fat.
If you do exerxise a lot, you might want to reconsider your diet. If you had any fat before, you probably lost it all with the exercise, even though you are building some muscle. Don't eat fatty oily things to gain weight. Because if you aren't exercising, even skinny ppl can have clogged arteries. You should eat healthy fats. Fish, all the nuts, peanut butter, these are healthy fats. Also eat carbs like pasta and bread (I'd still eat the whole wheat kind though, just to be healthy). And if you get a lot of exercise, you could cut down a little. Everyone should have one off day, but if you exercise heavily 6 days a week, you could change two of those days to streching or something like pilates or dance.
Hope I helped!

My friend had the same problem last year and I ended up telling her to eat whatever she had a craving for and work out (it worked!!). Your brain tells you what it wants because your body needs it, so try that. Also, salty foods help you retain water and therefore gain water-weight, but then again the problem could be that you have a fast metabolism, but you're 15, no worries. I'm a bit of the opposite, 16yrs old, 185lbs, 6'3". With people there are all sorts of builds, yours just happens to be lighter. I know you've probably heard this a million times but, you shouldn't worry what people think of you. I'm sure you both probably look beautiful.

Go to a dietician. They specialize in this sort of thing. They will give you a meal plan.
You have to gain the wieght the right way. NO doughnuts or burgers.
Salads with high fat dressing, all the fruit you can eat, all the meat you can eat, veggies galore with dip. Keep it healthy. Just eat more often. If you want to gain wieght you have to eat once a day. Sumo wrestlers eat one meal a day befor they go to sleep- but it's one big meal. Try that OR just eat all the time.
Nuts,seeds,fruit,veg,meat,salads with dressing
unlimited amounts
eat very often or only once a day
See a dietician

Ok, here is what you need to do. First sotp eating junk food. It's no good for you even if you do manage to gain weight. Secondly at 15, you are not suppoose to look like Madonna.
So now that we hav covered those basics, protein, carbohydrates, and more protein is what you want. Continue to exercise and work out, but don't expect to see immediate results. Further count your blessing while you have them. At age 28 you will be as obsessed with losing weight as the rest of the world.

Ok, despite the fact that you are now the envy of at least 75% of women on this site...
The best and healthiest way to gain weight is to gain muscle. Load up on carbs, then hit the track or the gym. If you continue to eat lots of carbs and exercise, you won't lose any more weight, but you'll gain muscle tone. That might help you fit into a larger *sigh* dress size.

Wow. Sounds like you have the body every guy fantasizes about. Then they go off and marry some fat bimbo....
I would suggest talking to your doctor and maybe even a dietician (yes a dietician). They can suggest what would be best for your body type to help you gain some weight without going overboard or putting yourself at risk for things like high cholesterol or diabetes.
Good luck!

Ah, to have that problem. :) I can't tell you how to gain weight, as I come from the flip side and it just seems to happen "magically" for me, but I can tell you, count it as a blessing. It's not any easier finding clothing that really fits as you get larger, and you don't have to haul around so much weight. I'm 5'6" and 180 lbs., and I would love to eat something just once without thinking about how many calories and fat grams it contains. Learn to love your body- it's a good thing! :)

wow your lucky!!!
i wish i could eat whatever i want and not gain a lot of weight!!
It could just mean your metabolism(i probably spelled that wrong) is really fast. it'll probably change though, but I would reccomend a lot of junk food. Don't get up or anything for things and just be a lazy(not too lazy though). if none of this works then go see a docter if you think you losing weight is unhealthy. If it isn't just stay the way God made you.
hope this helped

Don't eat fattening things cuz you still need to worry about health I mean start eating thigns on the food pyramid in your case eat 1 AND a half of EVERYTHING on the pyramid and you kno how it says eat fats sweets and oily food sparingly screw that part and eat sweets and crap as a 1 serving food. Cuz u still need to healthy even though your trying to gain weight.
