My baby is getting older and older and I am still carry ing around pounds in my belly. I like the "other" curves I was blessed with but this gut has got to go. I am tired of people asking me when the baby is due when the baby is already done. How do I lose my gut but keep my other stuff in tact?

I have two children and gained 50lbs with each child. Walking worked for me........yes walking. It didn't require much and I could go right out my front door. Sometimes my kids strolled with me or I put them in the carrier pack. But it worked! My first was born in 1991 and second in 1996. I must say that I carried that baby weight for 10yrs before stabilizing( but also went thru divorce so that didnt help) After that ten year mark I discovered country line dancing and that has also worked to keep me shapely and feeling good. I still power walk though........I love it!

Well, after i had my first child my body barely changed. After my second i put on a little more now the only problem is my tummy. I spoke to a trainer and he told me to eat 4-5 small meals a day and just work out. I've lost 7 pounds so far and my goal is 15 pounds then tone up, and I've seen the difference with the 7 pounds my clothes fit different and my wait is smaller. (i run for an hour on the treadmill and do 100 crunches a day) hope you find something that works for you.

you wont lose weight by cruches alone. the best thing for you to do is cardio! no magic pills, no crash diets, the only way to keep it off is to stay healthy and exercise. i carried around my pregnancy weight until my daughter was a lil over a year, then i picked up running and pilates, along with controlled eating and i lost 35 lbs in 3 months. all you have to do is at least get out there once a day and keep at it for longer than a week lol. and trust me if i can do it (the queen of laziness) then you can do it too. good luck best wishes!

this worked for me..jogging jogging jogging.no cheating and walking halfway around the park u have to jog --jumping rope works too. it works faster than just walking

crunches and I just bought an ab lounger hopefully it works!
