i'm a very serious ballerina, if you hven't already read my profile. i do a lot (like tons) of conditioning, but it gets old really fast. anyone have ideas for new, conditiong? it doesn't really matter what muscles it works or anything....lol thanx so much!!!

Not quite sure what you mean by conditioning. I know you have certain exercises to do for dance, and stretches, perhaps you'd like to start some strength training, or kickboxing, or tae bo, or belly dancing for cross training! Most of the gyms offer these things now or you can get them on line, and do something different, it would be really good for you too, and fun! Hope this helps......
