i am 21 and still have a baby tooth. its the fang looking one, found either side of the front four. there seems to be a tooth above it in my gum, but it hasnt pushed this one out. is this likely to cause any problems? i havent been to the dentist in a few years, but could this do any damage by it not being removed, orwill it just come out in its own time?

This is a science fair question and therefore I need immediate help. I am planning to see which out of the 4 are most harmful to teeth. I will be using: Coke, Tea, Coffee and ........... I need one more but i do not know what to use. Please help ASAP.
Thanks!

P.S.Should I just use another acidic drink? But the thing is that I want all the liquids to vary so I do not think that is a great idea. Please give opinions....

I'm looking to find out how much it costs for a regular dentist visit (cleaining, maybe x-rays) costs for an adult and a child in the Palo Alto, CA area. Thanks!

On Friday @ 1:00 he had 3 teeth pulled. It was the wisdom tooth on the top right and the next two teeth after the wisdom tooth. He had bad bleeding the same day, but it seemed to slow down a bit. Now today Sunday it is bleeding just like it was on Friday. We are changing gauze pads every 20 or so minutes due to the amount of blood. He isn't in a lot of pain, but the bleeding is worrying me. Also he has really bad breath. Is this normal?

Since around last night, my tooth has been hurting.. It's one of the ones in that back that isn't supposed to come out. It can wiggle a bit and when I bite down, I can feel that tooth moving up some. It's loose for no reason! Can I do something to fix this or something?

I have been suffering with pain both top and bottom - can't decide where it is coming from - on the left side of my mouth. Have been to the dentists four times now - this has been going on for 18 months intermittently. Last time she xrayed all top teeth on the left and said there is no decay - they are all vital. She thought it was the back tooth which has very little enamel on it. She put some gel on it and advised Sensodyne Pro Enamel toothpaste. It quietened right down and has just been a bit sensitive for a couple of months. But now it's back again - four sleepless nights. It is worse when laying down and seems to pulsate a bit. Then in the daytime it goes from a dull ache to nothing and back again. Any ideas what this may be? I am so totally desperate for help - my old dentist who I trusted implicitly retired last year and this new one is very nice - from Poland - but I don't know whether she is on the right track or not. HELP!!
Sue

I just got my top braces a month ago. I only got the top because my bite isnt perfect (i dont have an over/under bite its just my teeth dont line up perfect) and I have to wait til theres movement on the top to get the bottoms on. I was just curious, all my other friends get to pick 2 colors for their braces and when I got mine on I could only pick one, is this because of only having the tops on?? Or is it something else?

Also, do they change the wire and lil colored bands when you get your braces tightened? Or just the bands? How long does this take? Just wondering since Im going back in a week to get them adjusted...

THANKS♥
