Limit how much soda or tea that you drink and find a toothpaste with a whitening agent in it. I don't know how old you are, but if you smoke or chew then that will yellow your teeth and could cause oral cancer later in life.
I found that the whitening strips tasted horrible and burned my gums, but everyone is different so if you do purchase them my dentist said that the Crest brand was mostly recommended.
Also too, you should visit your dentist every 6 months for a cleaning and that will make a big difference on how your teeth look and feel.

Wanting whiter teeth you have some options, you can do an over the counter whitening such as crest white strips which work well, though most dentist also sell a crest white strip package that is a higher bleach concentration that would work better and you get more for your money. You can also go to your dentist and do a custom bleach tray that you wear at night, this in my opinion is the best way to whiten your teeth and keep them white. There is also a laser bleach system that works also if you are looking for immediate results it is a lot more pricey but also works well. Hope this helps.

Heard the crest strips work great . Or you can be old fashioned and just brush with baking soda . that will work to . If you have the money go get your teeth bleached at your dentist office .

Either baking soda and peroxide or Colgate Total. If you can afford it, get Brite Smile. I'm going to save up for it. They always have specials for $300-400. It lasts 5-7 years and they give you maintenance rinse.

crest whitening strips, or this blue toothpaste thats colgate and it has little glittery strips in it. its called maxfresh or something. they both really work!!
