Read all your answers clearly and FOLLOW THEIR ADVICE!! Pollyanna's got the Best Answer in that going to the ER may be your only solution for the moment, and I'd advise the same since I have done that and the resolve from the pain is immediate, and I was given antibiotics by injection and by prescription that covered me well till I was able to get to a dentist ASAP!!!! You may not like going to the ER or the dentist, but I can ASSURE YOU that NOT GOING to them is going to be a WHOLE LOT WORSE!! Do take care, ASAP!!! God Bless you.

If you have a toothache and your face is swelling, chances are you have an absessed tooth. The swelling could be puss and you will need to get the tooth extracted. go to dentist a.s.a.p

I hope you can get to the dentist quickly. It sounds like infection,an abscess. I would call your dentist back and tell him/her how swollen it is. If it swells to the point of your eye swelling shut, go to the ER.

Most likely it is an infection. Go to see your doctors or dentists ASAP before it becomes a life-threatening situation.
