I paid for fillings I didnt get too. I was refused pain meds=9 extractions!!! I was refused nitrous too. She pulled perfectly good teeth too!The nurse questioned it but got punished for it. I was writhing and begging to stop, she just got more rough! My nose was plugged from crying and I choked on alot of blood trying to breathe thru my mouth. She talked me into 4 fillings too...then she made me leave for an hour so she could go somewhere(I live 1.5 hours away from Office!) I could feel the roots beaking loose and hear the cracking of teeth. I begged for more shot...she did, then after 5 seconds...resumed/no time to take effect. I am private pay and I paid for the fillings she didnt even perform! can she get away with the torture she bestowed upon me? Then...the other dentist from the next room came running into my room and attacked me screaming and yelling in my face!As if I wasnt terrified enough...I felt like I was in the old west having 9 teeth yanked and feeling every crack!!!

I have a hole on the side, not the center , of my tooth at the most back tooth, bottomrow.
When i felt it with my finger, i feel a huge hole
if this is my tooth (_) <-- this side has a completely huge hole.
I tried rubbing together my teeth, and part of it actually cracked and fell off, but it doesnt hurt at all.

I'm guessing that the hole is wide, but not deep enough, and i should get it filled before it actually starts hurting?

I just had my wisdom teeth removed. He prescribed the following (no joke):

1. Phenergan suppositories
2. Percocet
3. Phenergan tablets
4. Ibuprofen 600
5. Vicodin
6. Decadron
7. Amoxicillin

A few of them I could see...but come on...all of them? What about the suppositories?? Isn't that the wrong end? Is my dentist crazy or am I missing something?

I am 18 years old, and it was about 1 week ago that I found out there was a white dot growing on my gums. I believe it is the wisdom tooth. The tooth itself does not hurt, except while eating. Actually, it was not the tooth that hurts, it was the gums... while I am eating, when some food "rub" with my gums where the tooth is growing, it hurts... I know the best solution is to go see a dentist, but I want to know more about my current situation first. Do I must go to see a dentist now? Or I can still wait? Thank you!

Had molar removed 4 days ago, clot is in like a crater (hole where tooth was but very low down) is dark and has white/yellow stuff on top. seems to be disappearing more each few hours though. Am scared I may be getting dry socket as I geta slight ache/sharp pain every now and then.

Also my cheek is still swollen, is this normal??

When should the clot dissolve? I know it does it on it's own, but this one seems to be going fast. I am doing gentle salt rinses no mouthwash on dentist orders, brushing the rest of my teeth gently still, but have bad breath from the site.

Five of my teeth will be pulled out and one of them will be pushed into position (so we're fixing SIX teeth in one day). The procedure should last between 45 minutes to an hour. I'm not scared, acutally, about the surgery, since I will be unconscious and they said they'd apply general anesthesia to my mouth. I was told I really wouldn't feel/remember anything. I guess I'm fine with that, but I'm a bit scared when I think about the fact that they will have to inject some sort of needle in my veins to make me fall asleep. I was told this would hurt, but it would only last a second. Is it true? Does anybody have a previous experience they'd like to share that would (HOPEFULLY) make me feel comfortable? Thank you so much,

My girlfriend is moaning at me and I think I need to do something about it.

I am only 26 and it has just started in the past few months!

Simply brushing my teeth does not work for long, maybe an hour and then my breath starts getting bad again, so I think there is a deeper problem.

Any effective methods?

I posted an earlier question about by son’s pediatrician telling me to stop breastfeeding because I was taking Amoxicillin and my dentist also telling me to supplement because of my tooth infection. I have been exclusively breastfeeding my son for 11 months and had to stop cold turkey when given the news. I am still expressing and will continue in a week but the breast milk Nazi’s all decided to answer my last question and told me I should not listen and continue breastfeeding. My question is not so much the amoxicillin as much as the tooth infection? Can it really pass through the bloodstream to the milk and harm my baby? I am better off ignoring doctor's and dentist or should I supplement until the I am off the antibiotic and get the tooth fixed (1 week). Side note: he is having a hard time pooping on the formula and I don't want it him on anymore than the breast milk Nazi’s do but I want to do the safest thing for my baby ...which is.........?

I'm getting my braces off and my orthodontist left two little gaps between each of my top teeth (uppers 2 and 3) because all four of them are kinda small, and was wondering if i should get crowns or get them bonded; crowns are really expensive and bonding doesn't last as long. Is bonding worth it?
