The only tip is to go back to the orthodontist and get a new retainer made. It will probaly will not be free. But that is the only way your teeth will stay straight.

Yep, get back to the dentist. Without your retainer, your teeth will start to shift again. Your dentist could place a permanent retainer in for you. It is a piece of metal that is placed behind your front teeth and secured with white filling material. It isn't something that you can see and you don't have to worry about losing it anymore. Its not a good idea to use anything other then your own retainer to keep your teeth in place. Make an appointment to see you dentist ASAP

HAVE THE RETAINER MADE BY THE DENTIST. IT MAY BE A LITTLE TIGHT, BUT IT'S OK BECAUSE YOU'VE GONE W/O ONE FOR A WHILE. THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO YOURSELF FOR THIS

go to an orthadontist immediatly and get another one..or else your gonna have to get braces all over agian that would be expensive!!!
