See your dentist to find out what may be happening, and then go with doctor's (DDS is Doctor of Dental Surgery) orders.

To check to see if you have TMJ problems, simply bring your teeth together. Do they fit together properly or do your teeth hit one another and don't match up? Your dentist can have you tap your teeth together with marking paper in your mouth and tell you whether you have TMJ problems or not. TMJ is the joint that connects your jaw and allows for jaw motion. It is also in charge of the alignment of your jaw/teeth. The dentist can also help relieve any pain you may have by adjusting your teeth. Go to the dentist. You will get answers there. Best of luck to you....
