Since around last night, my tooth has been hurting.. It's one of the ones in that back that isn't supposed to come out. It can wiggle a bit and when I bite down, I can feel that tooth moving up some. It's loose for no reason! Can I do something to fix this or something?

I had braces, and the same thing happened to me. Your tooth is not going to come out. You will only feel that pain for a few days. Just don't mess with that tooth. And eat so soft foods and take an Advil if it continues hurting. I hoped this helped.

It sounds like your tooth is dying or is dead in which case sounds like you have an infection which can cause your tooth to feel loose and move when you bite down that is normal when there is infection present. You need to see a dentist to get on some antibiotics and then they can give you some options to fix your tooth. Hope it helps good luck.

Assuming you are right and this isnt one of your baby teeth, it sounds like you either traumatized the area and loosened the tooth, or you have an abcess. Go to your dentist to get it checked out.
