Bad breath comes from stinking thinking. To overcome it, change your attitude and release the past with love. Be the voice of love and peace and you will be free.
If you need help in this area, I recently learned a trick for releasing negative past issues - and that is to visualize the person in the conflict in my mind and to get a very clear picture of them laughing and smiling and being at peace. It can be hard to do at first, but keep trying, it will come. Once you can easily see the people happy and smiling you will be free. Please also take time before you end each session to visualize yourself - happy, carefree and at peace. See yourself speaking closely with people and them not reacting to bad breath - see and feel the confidence that inspires.
Peace!
PS - If you feel there's a problem in the throat you can try gargling with warm salt water or a product called Vitamin O. Drinking and gargling with warm water with lemon juice in it might help also.

Brush as often as possible. At least twice a day. Brush your tongue, the roof of your mouth and along the gum line. Flossing will remove food particles that may lodge in between the teeth and cause odors. Do it at least once a day. Avoid lingering foods like raw onions and garlic. Brush soon afterward if you eat them.
If bad breath persists, there could be a medical condition like sinusitis or some other upper respiratory condition. Start with a visit to the dentist, then follow up with a doctor is the dentist finds nothing.

If brushing and mouthwash don't work
Try brushing your tongue and the insides of your cheeks,
but really, you need to see a dentist who will clean your teeth.
The dentists who have been around for years will usually do this the first visit. Nowadays, all these flashy new dentists that just graduated are into scheduling you for two or three appointments just to get around to cleaning your teeth and then want to charge you double if you have not been to a dentist in a long time (they call it a deep clean or Type II cleaning) ... find a dentist who has been around for decades - they will clean your teeth on Day 1 and do x-rays and probably won't charge you a ridicoulous amount!
Good luck!

why don't you check your self for food intolerance or yeast infection as the plaque is most probably coming from them and you wont be able to clean the bad breath unless you remove the yeast infection or stop eating the foods you are intolerant to! All the above you can do with Nutritional therapist. Also cut the dairy at the beginning and see if there will be any changes. here some more info:
Candida albicans is one of the many yeasts present in the large bowel, genital tract, mouth, and throat and under normal conditions is compatible with good health. It is usually kept under control by good bacteria, our immune system and intestinal pH levels. What is less well recognised is that candida can, under certain circumstances, become pathogenic, causing havoc everywhere in the body.
Symptoms associated with candidiasis, or an overgrowth of candida antibodies, include:
. Fatigue
. Foggy head, lack of concentration, poor memory
. Mood swings, depression, anxiety
. Bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, excess wind, indigestion
. Fungal infections
. Aching joints, heavy muscles
. Recurrent thrush, vaginitis and increased vaginal secretions
. Bad breath, coated tongue, ulcers and sores in the mouth
. Cravings for sweet and yeasty food, including bread and alcohol
. Decreased libido
. Bladder and kidney infections
. Menstrual problems
. Dry itchy skin
. Chronic sinus problems
. Sensitivity to perfumes, chemicals, fumes and other odours
. Food sensitivities
. Acne
. Frequent colds, and infections
. Chilliness, cold hands and feet
Problems arise when the balance of good bacteria to harmful ones changes within the
digestive tract. Given certain conditions, the candida proliferates and can change into
a pathogenic form. Once this has occurred, the candida can release toxins into the blood stream and travel through the body, affecting all systems, from digestion to the skin and hormones.
Common causes of overgrowth include:
. Contraceptive pill
. HRT
. Steroids including asthma and eczema medication
. High sugar diet
. Antibiotic use
. Immune deficiency
. Hormones from food (animal products), water and a non organic diet
. Diabetes
. High stress levels
. Use of anti-inflammatory drugs

There are many things that can cause bad breath such as gum disease, sinus infections, throat and or stomach problems. First off I would see your dentist for an exam and get your teeth cleaned, if you don't find an answer to the cause of your bad breath there I would see your doctor. Good luck

You might try a little Hydrogen Peroxide on your tooth brush . Brush your tongue and the back of your throat if you can avoid gaging. (Do not swallow the foam, I repeat Do not swallow the foam) I am not a Doctor. I just use this practice when I get a sore throat or bad breath. It works for me.

this can be caused by a sinus problem, the sinus drip can cause your breathe to be this way,
a problem with your stomach and esophagus allowing acid to come into your throat can cause this problem
a stomach problem can also cause this problem, like an ulcer starting or maybe you have an ulcer.
your tongue may need to be cleaned off they sell products at the pharmacy to rinse your mouth and tongue off then use the proper tongue scrapper
and of course, brush three times a day properly and gargle with a something like Listerine
maybe go see you doctor to make sure the above problems are OK
good luck

Use mints, brush your teeth 3 times a day, floss, and, also, use mouthwash. That should do it. I hope I helped!

If this is a persistent problem no over-the-counter remedy is going to work. You need the discuss the problem with your dentist. There could be some underlying cause.
