The last time she was at the dentist they told her she needed to brush her gums better but they hurt her when she brushes. How high up the gums should she brush, as far as possible?

One of my fillings in my upper right side came out about one month ago and never bothered me, until now. It aches and if any food particles get trapped in the void it hurts and throbs. No where except the emergency room will take me in on a weekend. Should I just go buy a temporary filling at a drug store until Monday?

Is Sodium fluoride 0.243% the same as (0.15% w/v fluoride ion)? Are they the same amount of fluoride? The reason I ask is because I saw the following listed for 3 toothpastes, and need to know if they have different amounts or kinds of fluoride, see below and please tell me which is the best for fighting cavities and which is the least effective for fighting cavities based on the ingredient listed for each below:

Crest Sensitivity Original Formula - Sodium fluoride 0.243% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion)

Crest Sensitivity Extra Whitening - Sodium fluoride 0.243%

Sensodyne Fresh Mint - Sodium fluoride 0.15% w/v fluoride ion

It's like having a crooked femur or ankle bone, isn't it? Of all parts of the body, why is this one allowed to stray from the blueprint?

I've had 3 Dentists do root canal on same tooth! They can't get to the tip which causes pain. Do I go through the pain again or give up and have it pulled? To me that's a waste, but what if the 4th Dentist can't get it?

I just had them cleaned last week and ever since, when I eat, food particles go between my teeth and get stuck under the gum line. I have to go brush immediately and get out floss and start flossing right after I eat because my gums hurt. Today it took me 3 hours to get a hunk of pork chop up from under my gum line. If I had gum disease worthy of some serious attention wouldn't my dentist tell me I needed to see a specialist? I have all of my teeth. I dont mean to make it sound like my teeth are rotting out, but my gums swell up around one of my teeth after I eat if
I dont immediately floss and brush the food particles out. Maybe I should consider purreed food. Not really. Any suggestions?

I just want to know how much they cost? Also does your mouth feel crowded afterwards because these veneers are placed on top of your teeth.
