You need to see a dentist. It sounds like you have a cavity that finally hit the root of your tooth and is irritating your tooth's nerve. If you won't take a pain killer or anbesol, then you are essentially outta luck until you see a dentist, because nothing else will help. You need either a drill and fill, or a root canal, depending on the extent of damage caused by the cavity.
My wife just went through the exact same thing - exact same symptoms anyway and on the exact same day (Friday) meaning a wait until Monday to see a dentist... and she was taking Percocets for the pain because it got so bad (luckily I had surgery earlier this year and had some left over).

Use the pain killers and anbesol until you get to the dentist. There's no harm nor shame in it. I find advil works well for tooth pain.

Sounds like you've got a cavity in the tooth. Try to keep cold things away from it if you can. You can buy toothpaste for sensitive teeth and rather than brushing your teeth with it just get a bit on your finger and rub it into the tooth. That should help for a little while and you can just keep repeating it over and over. But you really need to go to the dentist as soon as you can.

You probably should have a dentist look at it. No one on a message board can make a diagnosis without seeing it. Maybe you lost a filling??

You will need aspirin or ibuprofen to kill the pain until you can be seen. You can also buy toothpaste for sensitive teeth, like sensodyne, but it takes a few weeks to make a difference and isn't effective if you have genuine tooth damage.

Go to a dentist. You may have a cavity that needs to be filled, or perhaps your wisdom teeth will have to be removed.
