It means you need to floss! NOW! And probably need to get your teeth cleaned. How often do you get your teeth cleaned?
If you haven't been flossing regularly, be prepared for some bleeding, but it goes away after awhile. Unless you have advanced periodontal disease, of course. How bad is your breath? That can be a pretty good indication of how far your problem has been allowed to advance. Get yourself to a dentist, if you haven't been to one in awhile.
I can't imagine why else someone would get a tickling sensation in their teeth....

Have you been bleaching them? It sound like they've gotten sensitive. If you've been bleaching them, stop and give them a few days... the tickling should go away. If it's not from bleaching, then you might just have sensitive teeth. There are toothpastes made to treat it, but I don't know how effective they are. Ask your dentist about that one.

This may be a reaction to you eating or drinking something too cold or too hot.. Or BOTH.. It could also be a result of reflux beginning to rot your teeth..
But most likely it is just your teeth settling and making room in your mouth..

Think you mean that your GUMS ARE ITCHING ???
You may have gingervitus, get it checked out at your dentist, or your gums will become spongy and your teeth will drop out.
Also makes your breath smell, but fear not, it can be treated, just dont ignore it ! Good luck!
