Peroxide and Baking Soda, Empty some baking soda into a bowl then pour some peroxide into the baking soda until it makes a toothpaste like paste and then brush onto teeth and leave it for about 30 minutes and rinse well. DO NOT DRINK anything in the 30 minutes. You must do this everyday but it is very easy and effective.

hmm, not too sure about natural altough i say dont buy anything from ebay as the strengths of the gels used there are dangerously hight, and the shop legal gels are rediculously low and will have little if any effect, stick to the carbamide peroxide gel from your dental surgeon which should be between 15 and 20% usually 19% which is safe when used as advised, can cause minor sensitivity but nothing sensoidyne toothpaste wont sort out :) oh and btw brushing straight after meals will have negative effect on your teeth as it will not allow your salivas natural buffering effect to take place on the refined carbohydrates and will deter remineralisation of the enamel.

In the middle ages, royalty would take their own first urine of the day (it has the most ammonia in it) and swish it around in their mouth. This will whiten teeth but will eat the enamel right off your teeth. I would advise brushing after every meal and at bedtime. If your home has hard water in it (especially sulpher) you might try a water filter.

ok, the urine question above is disgusting. A real one that will work and give you sparking white teeth is brushing with baking soda. My friends uncle does it and apparntly his teeth are insanely white. I actually might try it myself. You have to continuously use it over several weeks. Best results if you keep brushing with it all the time. I advise doing this but also brushing with real tooth paste as well.

Brush your teeth with a mixture of baking soda and peroxide. Make it into a paste. Just like tooth paste.

Well this won't solve all of your problems but try to stay away from dark drinks such as cola and coffee. If you do drink them, be sure and brush your teeth after you drink them if possible.
